Position: International Business Development Executive Location: Sector 62, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Reporting To: Director Working Days & Time: 6 Days | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year Start Date: Immediate Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and driven International Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves exploring new markets, building international client relationships, and managing the complete export cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade dynamics and a flair for business development. Key Responsibilities · Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify international opportunities. · Generate and qualify leads across global markets. · Manage client acquisition and maintain strong business relationships. · Handle sales and negotiation processes with international clients. · Coordinate export documentation and logistics in compliance with international standards. · Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and international events. · Provide sales reporting and performance analysis to the management. · Develop strategic partnerships to expand global reach. · Stay updated with compliance and regulatory requirements for international trade. Preferred Candidate Profile · Experience: 6 months to 1 year in international business, exports, or FMCG domains. · Education: Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. · Industry Preference: Candidates with a background in FMCG or export industries will be prioritized. · Skills: Strong communication, market research, negotiation, and client management skills. Interview Process 2 rounds – HR and Director. Results within 2 working days.
