About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers, ensuring they receive top-quality assistance and solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from international customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective resolutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
