Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Handle inbound international customer service calls effectively and professionally.  Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.  Demonstrate excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.  Maintain records of customer interactions and update systems as required.  Adhere to process guidelines and meet quality, productivity, and SLA targets. Requirements:  2–3 years of relevant experience in International Voice Process (mandatory).  Strong communication skills (verbal & written).  Proficiency in typing and MS Office.  Open to work in US shifts (India night shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).  Open to work from office (all days).  Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days.  Graduation is not mandatory; PUC/Diploma candidates can also apply.  Healthcare background is an added advantage.  Only relevant international voice experience will be considered (e.g., 4 years total experience
