Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Tele-Survey and Tele-Sales Representatives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for conducting market surveys, engaging with UK-based customers, and promoting our products/services in a professional manner. If you have a confident phone presence, excellent English communication skills, and a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you! Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls for surveys and sales campaigns targeting UK clients. Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs. Present products or services effectively to generate interest or close sales. Accurately record survey responses and maintain CRM data. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall goals. Requirements Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, proactive, and target-oriented attitude. Team player with a positive mindset.
