International BPO Agent

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls with international customers
• Resolve queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
• Follow company processes and meet performance targets

Requirements:

• HSC / Graduate Freshers or experienced
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs
• Immediate joiners preferred
