As a member of the admissions team at our management education institution, your role involves promptly addressing potential students" inquiries about our programs and admissions process through various communication channels such as calls, emails, or chat. You will play a crucial part in helping individuals comprehend how our programs can enhance their career prospects. Your efforts will be pivotal in driving the admissions cycle by ensuring leads are converted into enrollments in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be instrumental in guiding prospective students smoothly through the admissions process. Moreover, you will be tasked with planning and executing strategies to boost admissions and meet set quotas, as well as maintaining the CRM system up to date. Key Responsibilities: - Address potential students" inquiries regarding programs and admissions process via calls, emails, or chat - Assist individuals in understanding the value our programs can add to their careers - Drive the admissions cycle by converting leads into enrollments promptly - Guide prospective students through the admissions process efficiently - Plan and implement strategies to enhance admissions and meet quotas - Update and maintain the CRM system accurately Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Minimum of 2 years of education enrollment experience with a proven track record of meeting enrollment targets - Excellent conversational, presentational, and customer service skills - Strong negotiation skills to convert prospects into admissions - Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, eLearning, CRM, etc. Additionally, this full-time position offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and paid sick time.
