International Accounting Specialist

As an International Accounting Specialist at McGraw Hill, you will play a crucial role in maintaining key accounting processes for multiple entities across our International Business. Joining our dedicated accounting team, you will have the exciting opportunity to work within a highly effective R2R team, providing accounting services to financial controllers based in various international jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include reconciliation of general ledger accounts using system automation and expertise in Oracle SaaS ARCS online reconciliation tool, uploading journals in Oracle SaaS Finance ERP through electronic approval workflow, and preparing various schedules for financial statements and tax reporting from ERP system data. This role will also offer you the chance to enhance your data analytics skills. To be successful in this role, you should be a qualified Accountant, final year studier, or possess a relevant equivalent (e.g. Finance degree) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role. You must have an excellent understanding of double entry accounting and accounting concepts, along with strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required, and experience with Accounting ERP software, particularly Oracle SaaS Financials, would be advantageous.
