Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an International Business Development role in Lucknow (also open to relocate). The role entails engaging in activities such as market research, lead generation, client outreach, and fostering valuable business relationships. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for expanding the company's international presence. Additionally, the role involves conducting analyses of market trends, identifying growth opportunities, providing outstanding customer service, and actively participating in sales and marketing initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills to study market trends, evaluate opportunities, and drive strategic business decisions
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect and build relationships with clients globally
• Proficiency in lead generation and market research methodologies to identify and unlock new business opportunities
• Customer service skills to provide excellent client support and ensure satisfaction throughout the business relationship
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with voice AI technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory
• Prior experience in international business development, partnerships, or a related field is an advantage
