You will be responsible for client acquisition and grievance handling. You will need to explain trading strategies, company terms, and market risks to clients. Generating prospects on a daily basis through telephonic, visual, and text conversations will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will conduct risk profile management and trading strategies sessions with clients. Collaboration with the digital marketing and research team to provide the best service to clients is essential. Staying updated on global markets and current affairs to cater to investors and traders will be expected. Achieving monthly tasks through client acquisition and lead generation is a crucial aspect of this role. The ideal candidate should be a minimum graduate or post-graduate with knowledge of the global market, specifically Forex and Comex. Strong communication skills in English, as well as sales and marketing expertise, are required. You should be talkative, enthusiastic, and innovative, with a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach. Being a responsible team player with exceptional relationship management skills is necessary. Candidates with experience in international sales, marketing, global markets, and financial services will be preferred.
