Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area for the role of Intern/Associate - Business Development. The responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing and delivering presentations, and engaging in effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role supports the development and execution of strategic business initiatives to drive growth and success.

• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver impactful Presentations
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential business opportunities
• Exceptional Communication skills to efficiently interact with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to business growth
• Prior experience in business development, marketing, or related fields is considered an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
