Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with team leaders and stakeholders (L&D, TA, IT, Finance, CEO's Office, DEI, HR, etc.) to understand objectives and translate them into engaging campaign briefs for agencies and social media team (internally)
• Brief agencies, internal designers and copywriters effectively, (written briefs are critical) ensuring campaigns align with objectives and brand tone.
• Plan, execute, and manage

  global (internal focused) brand campaigns

  end-to-end, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates.
• Generate innovative ideas in branding communications to increase participation, engagement, and overall impact.
• Track and analyze campaign performance across multiple touchpoints (open rates, engagement metrics, feedback) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Create and update visual presentations on

  PowerPoint

• Content creation (copywriting, visuals, short-form assets) is a plus but not the core focus.
• Ensure follow-ups, approvals, and alignment across multiple teams and geographies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in driving

  internal or social media engagement campaigns and/or external communication campaigns on digital

  . (We are hiring for internal communications but will consider candidates who come from social media or external media disciplines)
• Experience collaborating with

  internal teams

  and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong

  program management and organizational skills

  ; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to

  translate stakeholder needs into actionable creative ideas

  and briefs.
• Analytical mindset to track performance, evaluate impact, and suggest improvements.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Excellent follow-up, alignment, and collaboration skills for managing global programs remotely.
• Ability to own budget trackers and reconcile spends with Finance
• Ability to identify risks in communication (tone, cultural nuance, information sensitivity)
• Understanding of guardrails, and confidentiality in messaging
• High accountability and ownership; ability to run programs end-to-end
• Strong eye for detail and quality control
• Operates with speed but without compromising accuracy
• Ability to work independently and escalate smartly

• Ability to handle fast turnarounds and changing priorities
• Calm under pressure; strong judgment on what to escalate immediately

Qualifications:

• 7 9 years of experience in employee branding, social media communications, internal communications.
• Track record of delivering campaigns that drive measurable engagement and impact.
