Internal & External Communications Manager

As a Program Manager Non-Tech, your role will involve managing organizational and leadership communication effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Deploying corporate and external communication strategies, encompassing both internal and external communication on social media. - Managing internal communications such as emails, presentations, newsletters through collaboration with communication and business teams. - Researching, writing, or vetting content and design for various communication channels like emails, newsletters, website, infographics, social media, etc., ensuring exceptional output and meeting deadlines. - Planning and initiating communication initiatives for organizational events. - Maintaining knowledge of company policies, brand guidelines, and style guide, staying updated with relevant developments. - Brainstorming content ideas with internal teams in alignment with organizational goals. - Assisting in leadership communication and facilitating peaceful dispute resolution. - Proactively measuring the performance of communication strategies. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Minimum 4+ or 8+ years of experience as a communications specialist for internal and external communication, preferably in large organizations. - Proficiency in copywriting and editing for various platforms. - Solid understanding of project management principles. - Meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent knowledge of MS Office. - Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. - Outstanding organizational and planning abilities across different locations and teams. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in public relations, communications, or a relevant field. Please note, this role requires immediate availability, and it is based in Hyderabad and Bengaluru with a duration of 18 months. The daily schedule is in the general shift, and it is a Work From Office (WFO) setup. The possibility of conversion to Full-Time Employment (FTE) exists based on business needs and candidate performance.
