Job Summary:
We require an Internal ERP Support Executive to manage and support our Textile ERP system, preferably Softech Solutions ERP. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to understand ERP issues, providing basic troubleshooting, and working with ERP developers/vendors to resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for Textile ERP software
Coordinate with internal departments to identify and resolve ERP issues
Communicate with ERP developers/vendors for issue resolution
Use basic SQL and database knowledge for data checking and reports
Support textile workflows: Fabric Purchase, PO, Dyeing, Cutting & Packing
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of SQL & databases
Experience or exposure to Textile ERP (Softech preferred)
Basic understanding of textile processes
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
