Plan and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with the annual audit plan. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. Identify control weaknesses, non-compliance issues, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements. Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings and recommending corrective actions. Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective implementation. Collaborate with management to develop practical solutions for audit findings. Assist in the development and revision of audit procedures, programs, and tools. Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards (e.g., IIA, COSO), and industry best practices. Support external audits and regulatory inspections as required. Conduct special investigations and ad-hoc reviews as assigned by management.
