Education: M. Com / CA (Inter).

Experience - 4 to 8 years Experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong experience in Internal Audit to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in auditing operations within a manufacturing or engineering industry, preferably in Power Transformers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits of Production, Purchase, Inventory, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
• Verify adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all functions.
• Examine financial records, material consumption, and cost allocation related to transformer manufacturing.
• Audit procurement and subcontracting activities for compliance and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of internal audit, risk management, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
