We are hiring a person who has good experience in Internal audit for our organization.

Education: M. Com / CA (Inter).

Experience - 2 to 5 years Experience

Salary - As per Industry Norms

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong experience in Internal Audit to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in auditing operations within a manufacturing or engineering industry, preferably in Power Transformers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Operational, Financial system and Compliance Audit
• Audits Functions Like HR, Procurment, Admin and Other departments.
• Coordinate with outsourced Internal Audit Firms
• After the audit requires to prepare draft a report of Observations, Implications, and recommendations, send the draft report to the auditee for their comments, and then release the report.
• After the release of the report to conducts the follow-up of the report to the ensure that agreed upon the recommendations are implemented

Key Skills:

• Good communication and Drafting skills..
• Compliance Monitoring.
• Work in accordance with the plan and deadlines.
