Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Internal Tax Manager to oversee the organization’s entire tax function, ensuring compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations. The role involves managing tax planning, compliance, audits, and reporting, while working closely with finance and leadership teams to optimize tax efficiency and mitigate risk.Key ResponsibilitiesTax Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement effective tax strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise management on the tax impact of strategic initiatives, business expansions, and restructuring.
• Identify opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect) including corporate income tax, GST/VAT, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Oversee preparation of tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and disclosures for financial statements.

Audit & Risk Management

• Manage internal and external tax audits and represent the company before tax authorities.
• Prepare responses to notices, assessments, and litigation matters.
• Implement robust internal controls to minimize tax risks and errors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure tax compliance in all business processes.
• Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and advisors as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,501.20 - ₹72,555.05 per month
