Internal Audit Officer

Job profile:

i.) Pre-audit of Purchase/ Work Orders, Agreements, Rate Contracts

ii.) Conduct Internal Audits, review and investigation as per plan and as special assignments

iii.) Review key process, identify systems gaps & support improvements.

iv.) Discuses findings with process owners.

v.) Prepare internal audit reports with agreed action plan.

vi.) Ensuring follow-up action on critical process/ control lapses and revenue leakage areas based on audit reports.

vii.) Review compliance to existing systems, Policies & statutory laws.

viii.) Monitor compliance to action points agreed to be implemented.

Candidate Profile:

1. Good written and verbal communication.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Should have good working knowledge of MS office (Word/ Excel)
4. Preference will be given to those having exposure to:

• SAP/ Oracle ERP system.
• Any exposure to working on Risk Based Internal Audit Report |IFC drafting / testing |SOP drafting / testing.
• Prior experience of working in relevant industry - sugar / food processing / EPC / manufacturing
