Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated candidates for

German-speaking Consultant roles

with internationally renowned clients. You can help us find top talent by referring friends or acquaintances! If your referral is hired, you’ll receive a

Qualifications for Referral Bonus Eligibility:

To qualify for the referral bonus, your referral should:🗣️

Speak both German and English

at a

B2 level or higher

Be eligible to work in Bulgaria

Join Sutherland

on a permanent employment contract⏳

Complete a 6-month probation period

Earn Your Bonus:
