Job Description

As an intern in the EEV Department at Magna, your role will involve System Validation on a full-time internship basis for a minimum duration of 3 months. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects related to Embedded Systems and Automotive Industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a good understanding of Embedded Systems. - Possessing knowledge and proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, Python, and Matlab. - Hands-on experience in executing academic engineering projects. - Proficiency in hardware design, soldering components on PCB, and hardware debugging. - Familiarity with high-level programming languages like Python and Matlab. - Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. - Fundamental knowledge of the Automotive Industry. In addition to the technical skills required for this role, you are expected to exhibit the following behavioral competencies: - Effective communication skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Strong time management skills. To be eligible for this internship, you should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in E&Tc, Instrumental, Electronics, or Automotive fields. Possession of an Embedded Certification would be preferred but is not mandatory. Prior work experience is not required for this role. The critical technical skill sets for this role include proficiency in hardware, software, Python, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, each rated at a level of 3. Similarly, the critical behavioral skill sets include good communication skills, being a team player, and effective time management skills, also rated at a level of 3. Proficiency in English language is essential for this role.
