Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Showroom Executive to join our tiles and marble showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, and supporting sales operations in the showroom. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tile/marble products. Explain product features, finishes, sizes, and pricing. Maintain product displays, samples, and showroom cleanliness. Coordinate with the sales team and backend staff for smooth operations. Keep a record of customer inquiries and follow up as needed. Assist in inventory management and stock availability checks. Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Education: Graduate (any discipline). Experience: Fresher – No prior experience required. Language Skills: Basic communication skills in English and local language. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and email. Desired Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Smart, presentable, and customer-focused.
