Intern - Sales Forces Effectiveness(SFE)

As an Excel & VBA Specialist, your role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing data models, dashboards, and automation solutions to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide actionable insights. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and templates to support business needs. - Creating and optimizing VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data accuracy. - Working with large datasets for data cleaning, validation, and analysis. - Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations, etc. to provide actionable insights. - Troubleshooting and maintaining existing Excel/VBA applications. - Implementing best practices in data handling, automation, and documentation. - Supporting the migration of manual reports into automated tools and dashboards. In terms of qualifications and skills required for this role: - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, conditional formatting, and what-if analysis. - Hands-on experience in VBA programming, including creating macros, user forms, error handling, and automation scripts. - Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization. - Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field is preferred. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python for advanced analytics. - Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and data integration. - Exposure to dashboarding and business reporting for management.,
