Intern - Retail Merchandiser

As an Intern - Retail Merchandiser at our Noida, Sector 83 location, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end merchandising operations across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). Your role will involve managing stock replenishment and ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained across all retail formats. Additionally, you will support the buying process by analyzing product trends, sales history, and customer preferences. Regular data analysis will be conducted to drive merchandise planning and buying decisions. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and retail data tools. A solid understanding of buying cycles, inventory management, and merchandising principles is essential. Excellent coordination and communication skills are also key competencies required for this role. This is a 3-month internship opportunity, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance evaluation upon completion of the internship.
