Intern Project Support

As a Project Assistant, your role involves administrative coordination, documentation management, report collection, and communication with stakeholders. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of project activities, coordinating and managing project tasks, and maintaining project documentation, reports, and schedules. Additionally, you will attend meetings, take minutes, follow up on action items, and communicate project status to stakeholders and team members. Your role will also include helping with invoicing, organizing logistics for meetings, presentations, and training sessions, and supporting project leads. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the implementation of project activities - Coordinate and manage project tasks - Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules - Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items - Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members - Help with invoicing - Organize logistics for meetings, presentations, and training sessions - Support project leads - Supporting Multiple Asian Markets Qualifications and Experience: - Fresher from an Engineering background or Any Degree In this role, you are expected to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and work closely with cross-functional teams.,
