Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties Assist in baking cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, tarts, breads, and other desserts following recipes and quality standards. Support with basic decoration tasks, including buttercream, fondant, tart shells, and garnishing. Learn and help prepare doughs, fillings, icings, and compotes. Assist the Head Decorator and team in daily cake decoration and finishing. Maintain daily production logs and ensure accuracy in records. Learn and practice cupcake piping techniques, creating dessert jars, and making macarons. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Work as part of the team to meet daily bakery requirements.
