Intern - LF (Ansys)

Role Overview: As a member of the simulation team at the customer location, your primary responsibility will be to analyze electrical products using Ansys Maxwell/Motor-CAD software tools. This involves performing 2D & 3D Finite Element (FE) analysis on electrical and electronic devices and components. Additionally, you will provide both online and offline training to customers on Ansys tools, specifically Maxwell and Motor-CAD. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in using 2D/3D Maxwell Pre/Solver/Postprocessors and expertise in tools/simulations such as RMxprt, Maxwell 2D and 3D, Maxwell Circuit, Motor CAD, BLDC motors, and single-phase/three-phase Induction motors. - Design optimization and verification/validation of Maxwell results with test data/analytical data. - Generating FE analysis reports. - Collaborating with customer teams for project inputs and deliverables. - Preparing analysis summaries for technical review meetings. - Providing valuable recommendations and design suggestions to clients. Qualifications Required: To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in Electromagnetic analysis using Ansys Maxwell. - Strong problem-solving skills. - A keen interest in learning and teaching. - A solid understanding of Finite Element Analysis, Electrical machines, and Machine design. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
