Intern - LF (Ansys)

Role Overview: As a member of the simulation team at the customer location, your primary responsibility will be to analyze electrical products using Ansys Maxwell/Motor-CAD software tools. This involves performing 2D & 3D Finite Element (FE) analysis on electrical and electronic devices and components. Additionally, you will provide both online and offline training to customers on Ansys tools, specifically Maxwell and Motor-CAD. Key Responsibilities: - Be proficient in using 2D/3D Maxwell Pre/Solver/Postprocessors - Have expertise in tools/simulations such as RMxprt, Maxwell 2D and 3D, Maxwell Circuit, Motor CAD, BLDC motors, and single-phase/three-phase Induction motors - Conduct design optimization and verification/validation of Maxwell results with test data/analytical data - Generate FE analysis reports - Collaborate with customer teams for project inputs and deliverables - Prepare analysis summaries for technical review meetings - Provide valuable recommendations and design suggestions to clients Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Electromagnetic analysis using Ansys Maxwell - Strong problem-solving skills - Keen interest in learning and teaching - Solid understanding of Finite Element Analysis, Electrical machines, and Machine design - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously (Note: No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description provided),
