Role:

Company Secretary trainee for the tenure of 21 months who has qualified Professional exams. The candidate will be working in a Corporate Secretarial domain of private limited company with exposure of secretarial domain for Hong Kong based entity

What can you expect:

• Hands on experience, apply their knowledge , gain real world corporate exposure.
• Exposure to the contract documentation and functioning of inhouse legal of GCC
