We currently have two open internship positions for candidates skilled in video content creation and psychological assessments, as outlined below.

Video Content Intern

• Looking for a creative intern skilled in making short-form video content for Gen Z and Gen Alpha learning audiences.
• Should be familiar with storytelling, editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.), and have an understanding of social media-style engagement.
• Focus: converting training topics into fun, relatable, and high-impact learning videos.

Psychology/Assessment Intern

• Seeking an intern with a background in psychology, HR, or behavioral sciences.
• Should be comfortable conducting psychological assessments, motivation surveys, and basic behavioral profiling for kitchen and frontline teams.
• Focus: helping identify team strengths, engagement levels, and development areas.
