As a Backend Intern at KLYM, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our founding tech team in building scalable backend systems that power our intelligent skincare platform. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Building & scaling APIs using FastAPI and REST. - Designing database architecture using MongoDB, Postgres, and Redis. - Setting up infrastructure for AI models, personalization engine, and user routines. - Integrating third-party services such as OCR, facial scan APIs, and delivery APIs. - Implementing performance optimization, error handling, and analytics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and scale APIs using FastAPI and REST. - Design database architecture using MongoDB, Postgres, and Redis. - Set up infrastructure for AI models, personalization engine, and user routines. - Integrate third-party services such as OCR, facial scan APIs, and delivery APIs. - Implement performance optimization, error handling, and analytics. **Qualifications Required:** - Final-year B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA students in CS/IT/Data. - Proficiency in Python and backend fundamentals. - Hands-on experience with backend frameworks, databases, or live projects. - Availability to work from the Gurgaon office during the internship. You will have ownership of core modules without any grunt work, experience a steep learning curve, and have the opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer into the Founders Tech Office.
