Role Description

This is a unpaid incentive based internship role based in Mumbai.

The Marketing Intern will primarily engage in client communication and outreach activities. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining our range of financial and insurance services, and assisting them in understanding suitable options.

Training will be provided to help the intern gain confidence, product knowledge, and effective communication skills. The intern will also assist in basic marketing and promotional activities, maintaining client records, and supporting the sales team in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent and confident while speaking to clients
• Comfortable with phone-based communication and client interaction
• Willingness to learn about insurance and mutual funds (training will be provided)
• Positive attitude and ability to engage people effectively
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Commerce, or Business preferred)
