Company Description

Founded in 2009, Indian Institute of Technology Indore is one of the newer IITs established by the Government of India. The institute offers degrees in various engineering disciplines, including computer science, electrical, and mechanical. IIT Indore also has Ph.D. programs in these branches, as well as in basic sciences such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and humanities including Psychology, English Literature, and Economics.

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role in Experimental Condensed Matter Physics at Indian Institute of Technology, Indore. The intern will be responsible for assisting in experimental research, conducting data analysis, performing literature reviews, and collaborating with faculty on research projects. The role involves hands-on work with laboratory equipment, data collection, and presentation of research findings.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Condensed Matter Physics and related theoretical concepts
• Experience with laboratory techniques and handling of experimental equipment
• Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of software tools for research
• Ability to conduct and present literature reviews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
