As a Business Development Executive at Chennai Chess Club, you will play a vital role in our rapidly growing chess club. You will be responsible for coordinating with potential clients and our coaching team to organize trial classes, suggesting appropriate coaching services based on client requirements, and providing regular updates on inquiries and conversion rates to the management. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, proficient telecalling abilities, a knack for B2C conversions, strong negotiation and closing skills, customer-centric interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
