Role Description

This is a remote internship role for the Human Resources Department at TBD. Interns will assist with various HR activities such as developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and contributing to personnel management. Daily tasks will include supporting HR management functions, assisting in employee onboarding processes, and maintaining HR records.

• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
