Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
• Schedule appointments for counselling sessions with our education advisors.
• Follow up with leads for completing Profile assessment.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
