Intern for Product Planning & Execution

The ideal candidate for this internship/assistant position will be a dynamic, proactive, and versatile individual who will be working closely with the Product Planning and Development team to support various tasks. You will collaborate with the Director and project leads to translate business needs into actionable plans, manage complex projects using Google Sheets, assist in supporting design and development teams, and contribute to delivering efficient solutions for clients, including HPCL distributors. Your responsibilities will include assisting in requirement gathering and documentation from senior management, translating business requirements into visual workflows using advanced Google Sheets formulas, preparing Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) based on planning documents, collaborating with UI/UX designers to explain design concepts, clarifying logic with developers, testing applications post-development, preparing complex reports, managing existing Google Sheets-based applications, researching best practices and tools, proposing and implementing efficient task execution methods, working extended hours when required, demonstrating problem-solving skills with a creative approach, and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams. In terms of desired skills and qualities, you should have a strong working knowledge of Google Sheets, a basic understanding of the software development lifecycle, familiarity with Figma or similar UI design tools, comfort using AI tools for task acceleration, the ability to create and understand complex reports and dashboards, excellent logical and analytical thinking, the ability to break down complex tasks into stages, be a quick learner and self-starter, have a proactive and dedicated work ethic, be adaptable and flexible to startup dynamics, possess strong communication and collaboration skills, and have a problem-solving mindset with creativity.,
