Intern - E-Commerce Admin & Accounts

As an E-Commerce & Accounts Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance and operations team. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and updating product stock levels on various e-commerce platforms - Creating purchase orders, placing orders with vendors, and coordinating delivery schedules - Updating financial transactions in accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books and managing inventory - Assisting in daily account closure, data entry, and preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and follow up with vendors To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree or currently pursuing the final year of study - Solid grasp of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping - Familiarity with accounting software like Zoho Books, Tally, or similar platforms - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective time management - Interest in finance, e-commerce operations, and business analytics - Ability to work autonomously and handle confidential information securely Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn: - Practical insights into finance operations and vendor management - Handling e-commerce stock and transactions on multiple platforms - Understanding credit control, reconciliations, and accounting procedures - Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and business MIS reporting This is a full-time position with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree.
