E-Commerce Admin & Accounts Intern

As an E-Commerce & Accounts Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and operations team. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and updating product stock levels across all e-commerce platforms - Creating purchase orders, placing orders with vendors, and coordinating delivery timelines - Updating transactions and financial entries using accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books - Assisting in daily account closing, data entry, and MIS preparation - Coordinating with internal teams for inventory flow and vendor follow-ups To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree or currently pursuing the final year - Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping - Familiarity with Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting software - Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets - Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills - Interest in finance, e-commerce operations, and business analytics - Ability to work independently and handle confidential data responsibly In this position, you will gain practical exposure to finance operations, vendor management, e-commerce stock management, credit control, reconciliations, and accounting workflows. You will also have hands-on experience using Zoho Books and business MIS reporting. This is a full-time position, and the preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree. Relevant experience in marketing and e-commerce for at least 1 year is required. The work location is in person.
