Role Overview: You will be part of an Automation Opportunity Analysis project focusing on identifying repetitive and high-volume incidents for automation. The main goal is to reduce manual workload, enhance service efficiency, and minimize operational costs by proposing automation strategies and solutions. As an intern, you will work closely with the existing dev team to collect and analyze incident data, identify patterns, propose automation solutions, assess impacts, and deliver structured reports with recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Extract incident data from ServiceNow and categorize it for analysis - Identify common recurring incidents suitable for automation - Determine root causes and feasibility for prevention of recurring incidents - Provide automation solutions such as chatbot responses or self-healing scripts - Calculate estimated time/cost savings through automation - Deliver structured reports with findings, automation proposals, and a roadmap for implementation Qualifications Required: - Preferred qualifications include BE/B.tech or ME/M.tech in Mechanical/Computer Science/Information Technology - Proficiency in Python for data visualization, AI/ML, and Python scripting - Knowledge of Excel, spreadsheets, and Lookerstudio - Familiarity with Service-Now tool, Skywise tool, ITSM, or ITIL guidelines - Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze datasets, and creative/critical thinking approach - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to write documentations Additional Company Details: Airbus India Private Limited is committed to equal opportunities and a culture of integrity for sustainable growth.
