Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales & Marketing intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to dive into the world of software product pre-sales and marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience in understanding customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

• Assist the pre-sales team in understanding customer needs and mapping them to our software solutions.
• Participate in product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare customized proposals and solution documents.
• Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs and creating product documentation.

Marketing Support:

• Contribute to the creation of marketing content such as blogs, case studies, brochures, and presentations.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and SEO.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
• Support in organizing webinars, workshops, and other promotional events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences like Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related science field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and convey them in simple terms.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital tools (SEO, social media, email marketing).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
