Role Overview: As a BITS Intern at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in understanding the profitability of each business activity and supporting Finance in managing the bank's financial resources. With a global presence in 47 countries, Deutsche Bank offers a diverse portfolio of capabilities, and Finance plays a central role in simplifying and managing financial resources for internal and external stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to produce and distribute reports for infra-CFO reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Quarterly preparation of Regional PRM packs with commentaries on major movements in actuals vs plan and Forecast vs plan - Provide extensive analytical support for senior management deliverables like Business Reviews, Entity Reporting Decks, Performance Review Meetings, Flash and Actuals reporting - Assist in the Plan process by producing templates/reports for Region Europe - Annual preparation of 5-year strategic plan for DTA - Support P&L analytics for Germany Regional finance teams monthly on various topics - Create presentations for Senior Management on revenue analytics to drive key decision-making processes - Handle other recurring and ad-hoc project-related analysis - Collaborate closely with multiple internal teams and the onshore team in London Qualifications Required: - CA/MBA in Finance with 2-4 years of experience - Strong financial analysis and management reporting experience - Excellent analytical skills and lateral thinking ability - Proactive, diligent, and capable of partnering with other teams to resolve issues - Proficient in working with multiple data sources and confident in figures and presentation - Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and strong project management skills - Highly motivated individual who can work within tight deadlines and without supervision - Advanced exposure to Excel and PowerPoint is preferable - Flexible mindset to thrive in a challenging and rapidly changing business environment Additional Company Details: Deutsche Bank fosters a culture of empowerment, responsibility, commercial thinking, and collaboration.
