About ABHI Incubation Fund

ABHI Incubation Fund is an asset management company currently acting as a fund manager to ABHI Incubation Angel Fund - investing in innovative, early-stage companies. We partner with ambitious founders to provide strategic guidance, operational support, and capital to help them build transformative businesses.

The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analyticalVenture Capital Internto join our team for a 6 month internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of venture capital and contribute to the growth of impactful startups.

What you&aposll do

  • Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential investment opportunities.
  • Evaluate inbound startup applications and assess their fit with the fund&aposs investment thesis and criteria.
  • Support the investment team in the initial screening and analysis of new investment opportunities, including conducting due diligence and creating investment memos and presentations.
  • Assist with business and valuation analysis to assess the viability and potential of prospective investments.
  • Contribute to portfolio company support by assisting with strategic planning, market analysis, and business development initiatives.
  • Participate in meetings with founders and industry experts, taking notes and contributing to discussions.
  • Support the fundraising process by assisting with investor research and preparing pitch materials.
  • Actively build and maintain relationships within the startup and VC ecosystem.

What we&aposre looking for

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs program in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis as well as AI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in technology, startups, Indian economy and the Indian angel venture capital industry.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment or venture capital is a plus.

Compensation

Competitive stipend :INR 8, 000 - 10, 000/month (indicative).
