Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with experience in Intermediate Board work, strong Excel proficiency, and excellent communication and email drafting skills. The role involves handling board documentation, data entry, student records, and coordinating with faculty and administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Intermediate Board correspondence and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain student and staff data in Excel.
  • Draft and respond to official emails professionally.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth academic operations.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and records.

Required Experience and Qualifications
Graduates with Good Communication Skills & Minimum 0-2 Years of Experience

Note: Only Male Candidates Preferred for this role

Office Time: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Office Administration: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Excel reports: 4 years (Preferred)

  • Intermediate Board processes : 4 years (Preferred)
