Job Description: Company Overview: We are a reputed interior design and execution firm based in Mumbai, specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and turnkey interior projects. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal design teams for timely execution. Maintain and monitor project timelines, progress reports, and site documentation. Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues or discrepancies in execution. Ensure availability and timely delivery of materials at the site. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at the site. Take measurements and verify accuracy with design layouts and drawings. Provide regular updates and reports to the project manager or senior management. Job Expectations: Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience working as a Site Supervisor in interior design or fit-out firms. Diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering preferred. Basic technical knowledge of interior works such as carpentry, false ceiling, electricals, plumbing, etc. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design layouts. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and time management abilities. Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering preferred.
