Job Summary:

Interiors Finishing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor all interior finishing works including but not limited to flooring, false ceilings, wall finishes, carpentry, painting, and modular installations.
  
• Coordinate with design teams, MEP services, and civil contractors to ensure seamless integration and execution of finishes.
  
• Review interior drawings and ensure adherence to quality, specifications, and timelines.
  
• Supervise site activities to ensure work progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
  
• Ensure the use of modern interior materials and finishing systems in line with current market trends and project aesthetics.
  
• Manage subcontractors and vendors for interior works, including quality audits and work inspections.
  
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide timely solutions for uninterrupted work progress.
  
• Work closely with project management to report progress, flag delays, and suggest corrective actions.
  
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines related to interiors.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare snag lists during the final stages of project completion.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior finishing works, specifically in high-rise residential projects.
  
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out trends, materials, and design detailing relevant to luxury residential developments.
  
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting interior design drawings, working drawings, and construction schedules.
  
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
  

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience with premium/luxury residential interiors.
  
• Updated knowledge of interior trends, green materials, and sustainable practices.
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including consultants, vendors, and clients.
