Job Title:* Site Supervisor

*Summary:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles, safety regulations, and project management best practices. Responsibilities include overseeing construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

*Responsibilities:*

* Supervise all aspects of construction activities on site

* Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of work

* Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks

* Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards

* Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications

* Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager

* Maintain a clean and organized job site.

* Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.

* Represent the company professionally on site and interact effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor's or Master's degree Btech civil,civil engineering,architectural & Construction Management or a related field

* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a related construction management role

* Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and materials

* Excellent understanding of safety regulations and OSHA standards

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• interior site supervisior: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
