Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and safety protocols. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction personnel, managing site activities, and coordinating with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and direct construction personnel, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications
2. Manage site activities, including scheduling, quality control, and safety protocols3. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients4. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards6. Maintain accurate records, including progress reports, safety logs, and quality control documents
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably in a similar industry
2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents5. Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
