Interior Site Supervisor

Position: Site Supervisor – Luxury Residential Interiors
Experience: 2 to 3 years in interior projects (luxury residential preferred)

At Aristo Atelier, we craft high-end residential interiors that combine luxury, functionality, and timeless design. We are looking for a proactive Site Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects and ensure flawless execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned luxury residential interior projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Liaise with clients, designers, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed with precision.
• Monitor quality standards, safety protocols, and workmanship on site.
• Prepare progress reports, track milestones, and proactively identify risks or delays.
• Coordinate deliveries, resources, and manpower efficiently to keep projects on schedule.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly while maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, approvals, and changes.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Proven experience managing residential interior projects, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Smart, organized, and proactive in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to take full ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
