Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior projects.

Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Monitor quality, safety, and material usage at the site.

Prepare daily, weekly progress reports and update the Project Manager.

Handle site measurements, material planning, and workforce management.

Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 210 years of experience in interior project execution.

Strong technical knowledge in civil/interior finishes.

Ability to read and understand drawings (Architectural & Interior).

Good communication and team coordination skills.

Should be willing to handle multiple sites if required.

Project Manager

Role: Project Manager
Industry: Interior / ArchitectSalary: Rs.50000 to Rs.60000

Work Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.

Oversee site engineers, contractors, and vendor activities.

Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Conduct client meetings, provide updates, and maintain strong client relationships.

Identify risks, delays, and take corrective actions.

Ensure all safety and compliance standards are followed.

Final handover documentation and project closure activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 520 years of experience in managing interior projects.

Proven expertise in handling commercial/residential interior works.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and client-management abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools & MS Office preferred.
