INTERIOR SITE ENGINEER / SUPERVISOR

• Supervise and manage site execution of interior works (civil, carpentry, MEP, false ceiling, flooring, painting, etc.)
• Interpret and execute technical drawings and design plans accurately on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials and equipment.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure workmanship complies with approved specifications.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, checklists, daily logs, and documentation of work progress.
• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed on-site.
• Assist in resolving any on-site issues, design changes, or material constraints.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and architects as needed for site coordination.
• Verify quantities and quality of materials used, and assist with measurements and billing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Preferred)
• site work: 2 years (Preferred)
